Excellent App. 5 Stars as soon as they add access to their games

Not very exciting setup. Slow navigation. Disappointed.

Kicker is a very nice application with all the soccer news and live tickers in one place!! However, I have one suggestion: If you could make the alerts disappear automatically after a certain amount of time, like 24 hours (or even give the user the ability to choose the time) Id give it 5 stars!! It is really nice to have those push notifications, but its also annoying to have to delete them every time... Thank you for a great application though !!

Theyve done a great of continuously updating the app and improving it. The new update, 3.0, is just beautiful and very functional. Best app for keeping up with everything soccer, especially Bundesliga!!

Thank you for bringing a great soccer app to iPhone. Dont like the iPad version though.

Great interface with fluid navigation, beautiful design, and easy to read tables. I would be beyond thrilled if they made a language setting for English.

Ive yet to find an app that comes close to the intuitive navigation of the kicker app. It took them a while to come out with an app but when they did they blew me away. Note: ausgezeichnet!

Ich lese gern die Artikel von Kicker, weil es die beste Abdeckung fer Bundesliga gibt, das ich finden kann. Aber ich habe einen Wunsch: ich wünsche das ich die Text von die Artikel kopieren können. Bin ein Amerikaner und versuche mein Deutsch üben, aber ich kann nicht die Wörter, die ich nicht kenne, Übersetzen. Wenn ich die kopieren könnte, dann könnte ich die Artikel besser verstehen.

Auto play, full screen, sound on ads now. It’s a shame for Europe’s best soccer mag to introduce this to their app.

Tolles Update! Funktionierte die App gestern noch komplett normal, stürzt sie nach dem Update nach ca 5s einfach ab. Vielleicht sollte man einfach mal ein wenig testen bevor man überstürzt eine Version freigibt. Bin sehr enttäuscht, denn bisher war die App toll.

This version is without polls, why?!

Wäre doch mal top, wenn man auf der App nach einem Spieler (Sportler) oder einem Verein suchen kann, um dessen News oder Statistiken nachschauen zu können. Ansonsten ist die app super.

The app is crashing with the recent update on my iPhone. After I click on one of the links to read the details and trying to scroll down/up, it crashed. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

Momentan wird die Zeit bis zum Spiel falsch angezeigt, wenn das Endgerät auf einer anderen Zeitzone eingestellt ist. Ansonsten ist die App lebensnotwendig!

All times are German time Since the latest update but it calculates game starting times as if they where local , so if you live in a different time zone (E coast USA,6 hrs for example ) then for a game that starts in 37min it tells you it starts in 397min 37+ 360 ,

Der neue graphische Update verleiht einen Guten Look. Habe aber auch festgestellt, daß die Anstoßzeiten nun immer die Ortszeit darstellen. Zuvor war die Zeitangabe dynamisch: ich befinde mich in den USA und sah für einen Anstoß um 19 Uhr MESZ in der App 13 Uhr. Momentan sehe ich z.B. “in 374 Minuten,” was mich dazu zwingt die 6 Stunden Zeitunterschied (360 Minuten) selbst abzuziehen. Umständlich und nicht unbedingt benutzerfreundlich. Kann dies wieder auf die jeweilige Ortszeit des Benutzers umgestellt werden? Danke!

An App in German that is likely the best for general updates in parallel with social media feeds.

Nette App aber seit den letzten Updates mit einigen Bugs was die Mitteilungen angeht. So ist es z.B. nicht möglich, dauerhaft Mitteilungen für „Aufstellung verfügbar“ oder „Spielbericht“ in den Einstellungen zu deaktivieren, sie aktivieren sich immer wieder selbst. Schade, scheinbar scheint man neue Funktionen nicht ausreichend auf Fehler zu testen. Auch Verbesserungsvorschläge per email werden nicht wirklich ernst genommen.

The last update to universal app came with quite a few graphics changes that work out great. App feels much more contemporary. E.g. The top nav bar is easier to navigate and clearer. I also like that you now see both teams starting 11 on the same page. Where it could be better is their coverage of international leagues. I find it strange that it's easier to find the Chinese or Japanese league but difficult to find a South American league in Brazil and Argentina. Being a German app I like that they cover the lower divisions but there is coverage for 3 division leagues (and 4th or lower English divisions) in who knows where but no coverage for South American 2nd divisions. It would also be nice to have the competing football/soccer leagues in the US listed such as the NASL to follow teams like Cosmos NY not just the MLS. German league coverage aside, I find their international league focus is too much geared toward what currently is creating the biggest money hype. Their coverage of South American cups like the Libertadores could also be better. This is the biggest club competition aside the UEFA Champions League. Lots of famous clubs play there. When they cover some of the leagues above it is tough to navigate to. I personally also don't care at all about their "esports" coverage. To me that's another moving to the money hype move. I'm not against covering it but I find it too prevalent. Especially if they fall short in covering other leagues. While not a key interest for me, their women soccer coverage could also be better. Especially if they devote so much to esports and China.

Gut aktualisierte Live-App, zumindest bei Spielen, allerdings muss man sich damit abfinden dass Textbeitraege in Halbsaetzen daherkommen oder ploetzlich enden, was auf die Dauer nervt.

don't waste your time

Keine Verbesserung gegenüber der Internet-Ausgabe. Und das soll Web 2.0 sein? Ich habe überhaupt keinen Einfluss auf den Spielausgang, nicht einmal bei meinem Lieblingsverein. Was soll das? Im Vergleich dazu bietet FIFA 2011 von EA sehr viel mehr - und das bereits in den Versionen 2010, 2009, 2008, etc.. Ich gebe fünf Sterne, wenn das Kicker-Team nachlegt und in Version 2.0 endlich einen aktiven Eingriff in den Spielverlauf ermöglicht. Dafür würde ich auch gerne bereit sein, mehr zu zahlen.

Die App is gut und stabil. Die Navigation is okay, teilweise etwas kompliziert und nicht 100%ig intuitiv. Was mir allerdings viel, viel wichtiger waere, ist dass der Olympia Verlag ENDLICH, ENDLICH ueber ein Abo fuer das Ipad nachdenkt, um die Printversion aehnlich wie der E-Version (erhaeltlich ueber kicker.de), auf dem Ipad erhaeltlich zu machen. Das wuerde mein Leben in den USA um einiges besser machen. ;o)
